Information on the accessibility of the institute (2016)

  • We provide one parking place in front of the institute for visitors with disabilities.
  • The entrances of the institute are without steps.
  • You can pass through the lift with common wheelchairs.
  • The institute's entrance door on the seventh floor opens automatically (outwards).
  • We provide a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.
  • The institute's library offers a computer work station for blind and visually impaired visitors. It provides a monitor with a swinging arm, a braille display, a screen reader, earphones, a scanner und camera system, text zoom and an uppercase keyboard. The work station has access to the internet and to all of the electronic offerings of the library; the table is adjustable in height.
